Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required on all orders, balance is due before delivery. Title to merchandise shall pass to customer upon receipt of final payment. There will be NO cancellation on any orders once the order is processed. Soluzioni may retain merchandise and payment(s) previously made by customer if customer fails to accept and pay balance or purchase price when that attorneys agencies are retained for collection of any monies due, customer will be liable for reasonable actual expenditures
Shipping charges are additional. Beyond our local delivery area, the customer must designate a special carrier. Soluzioni will assist you as best as possible to help ensure satisfactory delivery from our warehouse to your destination. The customer will pay shipping charges directly to the carrier. Soluzioni is not responsible for any delays in delivery and production or any other causes beyond its control and is not subject to any cancellation.
Customer is responsible for making sure the doors, elevators, corridors, stairwells, etc. are adequate to receive the merchandise purchased. Additional delivery charges will be made if customer fails to keep appointment for receipt of furniture or fails to have C.O.D. payment as required. Upon notification that your merchandise has been received into our storage warehouse, schedule must be made for delivery. Any order held within Fifteen (15) days must be paid in full. Failure to pay in full within Fifteen (15) days will result in the cancellation of the order and loss of deposit. Any partial or fully paid order held MORE than Fifteen (15) days will have a storage fee imposed.
Description of Merchandise
Variation in colors and grain pattern are characteristic of all natural wood and fabric item. Fabric and leather colors may vary and we do not assume responsibility for shade variations between sample swatches and final product.
All merchandise is purchased "as is" and all sales are final. There will be no refunds, no exchange and no returns.
All returns of merchandise must be approved by management and are subject to up to a 50% handling charge. A MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY is available for all merchandise (EXCEPT for SPECIAL ORDERS and DELIVERY CHARGES) returned in their original condition and accompanied by a sale receipt within seven (7) days of delivery or pick up. NO returns are permitted after SEVEN (7) days. SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE.
Inspection of Merchandise
The customer is responsible for any damage. Therefore, THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO LEAVING THE COMMON CARRIER MUST INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE.
The service policies and procedures, as well as the manufacturer's warranties are only applicable against manufacturer's defects and under normal condition of usage.
All service claims regarding visual damage on a new furniture purchase must be notified to Soluzioni within forty-eight (48) hours. The customer at the time must have the sales receipt. Damage associated with the common carrier shipment is the responsibility of the common carrier. Soluzioni will facilitate claim resolution, however it will not process a repair or replacement until carrier approves claim. Soluzioni reserves the right to:
1. Inspect the damaged merchandise in the customer's home.
2. Service in customer's home, at Soluzioni warehouse or store location.
3. Repair or replace at the discretion or Soluzioni.
